Made-to-Order Process & Production Timelines
- All of our products are made to order & the production timeline is 7-10 business days
- Certain styles may have limited production runs and relevant details will be noted on our website
- No, we currently only ship within the United States
When Will My Order Ship?
- Generally orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days once production is completed
- During major launches or peak holidays, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship
Estimated Shipping Time
- All shipping is sent through the USPS and UPS
- US Domestic Shipping: Estimated Delivery 3-5 business days
- Items marked “delivered” by the USPS and UPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations
How Can I Track My Order?
- Upon placing an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number
- Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information (via USPS or UPS); please allow a few days for the information to update
Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
- Once an order is placed, no changes can be made, including item(s) and/ or personal information
- Please double-check your size, color & address before placing an order
- No cancellations are allowed at this time
What Happens If My Order Is Returned Due to an Incorrect Address?
- You can either:
- Receive a refund for the order in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping fee and a $10 processing fee OR
- Email us at orders@noahsimone.com and we can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees
